Do credits expire?
Purchased credits are valid for 24 months from purchase and remain in your account until used within that period. Earlier-expiring credits are used first. Generation is charged at the catalog rates applicable when the task starts. Rates may change with model providers’ terms. We notify you at your specified email address and in the studio at least 14 days before a rate change takes effect. The catalog may change: models can be added or removed. If a model is removed, your credits remain available for any other supported model. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence, including any legally required longer validity. Earlier purchases retain their agreed expiry dates.
How are credits used?
Choose a model and settings. The studio shows a credit reserve before launch. Unused reserve is returned after settlement; confirmed failures release their reservation. For new tasks, if no result is recorded within 15 minutes, the reserve is released at the next check. A late answer never charges it again.
How much does a credit cost?
Your credit purchase price depends on the pack: $5 for 700, $25 for 3,500 or $55 for 8,000 credits. Prices exclude applicable tax.
Where is my data processed?
The GTXT.TUBE application server is in AWS Frankfurt. Requests to external models are processed by their providers; processing entirely within the EU is not guaranteed.
What if a payment or generation fails?
Use Support or your Account to report the order or task. We review duplicate charges, undelivered purchases and service defects. Refunds use the original payment channel, subject to applicable consumer rights.
