Payments and refunds

Before payment

Review the amount, currency, credits and expiry before paying. Website prices exclude tax; the applicable tax and final total appear in Checkout. Credits, Stars and the purchase price are different quantities.

Payment channels

Digital purchases inside Telegram use Stars. Eligible Stripe Checkout methods are available on the independent website. Checkout itself shows supported stablecoins and networks: choose a network only there, and never send cryptocurrency to an address from a chat message.

One-time purchases

Credit packs do not renew automatically. If you already have a subscription, Account remains available to cancel its future renewal. Cancellation and refund of an existing payment are separate actions.

Errors and refunds

If payment succeeded but credits are missing, do not pay again. Contact support with the order identifier, date and a description. We investigate duplicate charges, undelivered purchases and service defects and arrange a correction or refund in line with applicable consumer rights.

Use Account to report a payment issue, the bot's /paysupport command, or support@hybt.ai. Do not send card numbers, bot tokens or wallet private keys. Refunds use the original payment channel. Stripe stablecoin refunds follow Stripe's original-wallet procedure.

Mandatory withdrawal rights and remedies remain available where applicable. These rules do not impose a blanket no-refunds policy.
