Terms of use
These terms govern GTXT.TUBE, provided by HYBT Technologies, Inc. Before purchasing, you must accept the terms shown for the selected product.
Account and access
The service is for adults. Sign-in uses a one-time email code or Telegram. Keep control of your email and Telegram account and do not share access. The website and Mini App use the same account.
Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Price, currency, credit amount and validity are displayed before payment. Purchased credits are valid for 24 months from purchase. Existing credits retain their previously agreed expiry dates. Any earlier subscription can still be canceled from Account.
Credits can only be used within GTXT.TUBE. They are not currency, a deposit or an investment and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The purchase price per credit depends on the pack. Pack prices and credit amounts are shown before payment.
The studio shows a reservation before you start a generation. After a confirmed result, the charge is reconciled with the actual cost. Unused reserve is returned. Confirmed failures release their own reservation; ambiguous task states are reviewed first.
Credit validity and catalog changes
Purchased credits are valid for 24 months from purchase and remain in your account until used within that period. Earlier-expiring credits are used first.
Generation is charged at the catalog rates applicable when the task starts. Rates may change with model providers’ terms. We notify you at your specified email address and in the studio at least 14 days before a rate change takes effect.
The catalog may change: models can be added or removed. If a model is removed, your credits remain available for any other supported model.
Mandatory consumer rights take precedence, including any legally required longer validity. Earlier purchases retain their agreed expiry dates.
Your materials and acceptable use
You keep your rights in uploaded materials and authorize processing needed to fulfill your request. Upload only materials you are entitled to use, including consent for people's images and voices where required.
Illegal content, child sexual exploitation, fraud, unauthorized impersonation, copyright infringement and attempts to access other users' data are prohibited. Do not evade provider restrictions or use the service to cause harm.
AI results and availability
AI can make mistakes and produce non-unique results. Review outputs before publication. Commercial use depends on your rights in the inputs, applicable law and the selected model's terms. We do not guarantee exclusive rights in every result. Model availability depends on providers.
Price changes apply to future purchases or renewals after notice. Previously agreed obligations remain in force. Contact support about substantial unavailability of paid features.
Consumer rights
See Payments and refunds. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective services. Using the service is not treated as an unconditional waiver of those rights.
